Lovely holiday home with sea view at Knivkær Beach

Spend your next holiday in this lovely holiday house, located in peaceful sur­ro­un­dings at the end of a cul-de-sac close to the sea at Knivkær Beach in Korsør. Here you can fully relax and enjoy the fantastic sea view – even while preparing your meals in the kitchen.

Welcome inside: The holiday home offers a combined kitchen and living room. The kitchen has access to a large terrace, and there is also a lovely covered terrace area in front of the house. The spacious and bright living room includes a nice dining area. On cooler days, light up the wood-burning stove and let the holiday at­mosp­he­re spread. Bright bathroom with shower and washing machine. Two bedrooms: one with a single bed and one with a doublebed. In addition, there are several sleeping options in the two adjoining annexes. From one of the annexes, you can enjoy the sea view directly from the bed. You can also take a quiet moment in the entrance area of the house, where you can sit and admire the wonderful view through the window.

Enjoy life outside: The house has a lovely garden where you can hear the sound of the waves, and a beautiful terrace with garden furniture, parasol, and barbecue. Take a trip to the beach and enjoy a re­fres­hing swim in the sea.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions: The holiday house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, close to the beach. It is part of a small and very at­tra­cti­ve holiday home area at Knivkær Beach near Korsør, with an excellent bathing beach and only about 5 minutes’ drive to the motorway towards Odense and Co­pen­ha­gen. The nearest Spar su­per­mar­ket is 2.2 km from the house. Korsør town centre is 6 km away, where you will find shops, re­stau­rants, and a golf course.

Please note: The outdoor spa is locked and must not be used.

The owner has video sur­veil­lan­ce in place, which only monitors the driveway of the holiday home.

A charging station (11 kW) is available. The tenant is re­spon­sib­le for the charging costs, which will be settled based on the electri­ci­ty meter reading.

The holiday house is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
