The kitchen and living area provide the setting for peaceful holiday moments, whether you begin the day with a cup of coffee around the table or end it with good con­ver­sa­tion after a day full of ex­pe­ri­en­ces on the island. The home's two bedrooms offer space for a family or a group of friends, and throug­hout the house you will find the special cosy at­mosp­he­re that only an older home can provide.


Enjoy life outside
Right in the middle of Nordby, you’ll find this little oasis where both young and old can enjoy the best of town life and outdoor living together. The outdoor areas around the house offer plenty of privacy, even though the home is centrally located in Nordby. There is also parking available at the house. The entire garden is fenced, making it ideal if you’re bringing your dog along.

On the west-facing side of the house, there is a fence that creates a private terrace area with direct access from the kitchen. The tiled terrace offers plenty of space for garden furniture and a barbecue.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Nordby is the nort­her­n­most village on Samsø and has been named one of the best-preserved villages in Europe. It’s easy to un­der­stand why, as simply wandering through Nordby’s small, winding streets around the village pond is an ex­pe­ri­en­ce in itself.

In addition to its charming village at­mosp­he­re, Nordby offers several re­stau­rants, local shops, and Samsø’s only brewery within easy reach. On the northern part of the island, you can also shop for dinner in­gre­di­ents at roadside stalls offering fresh ve­ge­tab­les. From Nordby, you are close to unique protected nature in Nordby Bakker, with Issehoved and Bal­leb­jerg being par­ti­cu­lar­ly special places to visit.

Just 2 ki­lo­metres from Nordby lies the small village of Mårup, where you’ll find grocery shopping options, and nearby you can visit the beau­ti­ful­ly located marina at Mårup Harbour.

Southern Samsø naturally also offers a wealth of ex­pe­ri­en­ces and beautiful beaches. In the many villages on the southern part of the island, you’ll find specialty shops, galleries, and re­stau­rants. It’s easy to explore the island by bike, allowing you to discover the different towns and nature at your own pace.
