Newly renovated holiday home in green sur­ro­un­dings by Kollerup Plantage

Located on a small, closed road in a peaceful and scenic holiday home area, you’ll find this cosy and newly renovated holiday home. Kollerup Plantage is right next door, and both Fjer­rits­lev and the North Sea are within easy reach. In short, this is a wonderful base for a relaxing holiday.

Welcome inside
Built in 1979, the house is a classic wooden holiday home on the outside. Indoors, many tra­di­tio­nal summer house features have been preserved, while the rooms have clearly been mo­der­ni­sed with care. The renova­tion was completed in 2019, resulting in a suc­ces­sful mix of com­fortab­le furniture, modern design, and charming retro details.
The layout includes a bathroom and three bedrooms, ac­com­modat­ing a total of five guests. The heart of the house is the lovely living room with vaulted ceilings, a wood-burning stove, and large windows that let in plenty of daylight and offer views of the green garden sur­ro­un­dings. An at­tra­cti­ve kitchen is in­te­gra­ted into the living area, making it easy to enjoy preparing brunch and other holiday meals together.

Enjoy life outside
When the summer sun is shining, meals can easily be moved outdoors. Several terraces are available, allowing you to choose a sunny spot – unless you prefer sitting under the shelter of the covered terrace. The house is sur­ro­un­ded by a large, flat lawn, and there is also a fire pit on the property, perfect for making bread on sticks and enjoying songs and to­get­her­ness around the fire.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
You are staying almost at the end of the small, closed Birkevej, with very short distance to the forest edge of Kollerup Plantage. The North Sea is about four ki­lo­metres away, and the drive takes you through scenic landsca­pes with open heathland.
Fjer­rits­lev is a cosy little market town with several su­per­mar­kets, re­stau­rants, and small shops. You’ll also find a cinema and a golf club if you’re in the mood for ex­pe­ri­en­ces beyond nature. And if you feel like visiting a larger city for shopping or museums, Aalborg can be reached in about 50 minutes by car.

Remember, you can always borrow carts, hig­h­chairs, and baby cots from us at Fe­ri­e­part­ner Jam­mer­bugt. You can pick them up directly at the office and return them when your holiday is over.
