Here you can spend your holiday with the ocean close by and a beautiful view. Imagine waking up to the light over the coast, take a walk by the water and return to the peaceful sur­ro­un­dings of the house as the day draws to an end.

Welcome inside
Here you have 110 m² with space for up to 10 guests, divided between five bedrooms and two bathrooms. The house was renovated in 2018–2019 and has a bright, modern interior with enough specae for everyone to spend time together. On the ground floor, the large living area connects directly with the kitchen, which means you can prepare meals while the rest of the group relaxes nearby. Upstairs, a special living area awaits, where the panoramic view across the ocean, Tunø and Samsø becomes part of your holiday ex­pe­ri­en­ce. You can also spend time watching the sailing boats as they pass along the coast. Sit down with a cup of coffee and just enjoy the view. The house also has an annex with a double bed and its own bathroom, as well as a smaller annex with a sofa bed. This gives you extra fle­xi­bi­li­ty if several ge­ne­ra­tions or families are tra­vel­ling together and would like a little more distance between the sleeping areas.

Enjoy life outside
Outside, you have different places where you can find your own favourite spot. By the kitchen, there is a large terrace that is ideal for breakfast, lunch and long dinners, while the terrace on the other side of the house faces the more secluded garden. Here you can find shelter, settle down with a book or let the children play on the large grounds. There is both a football goal and a tram­po­li­ne, giving the children plenty of op­portu­ni­ties for activity while you enjoy a quiet moment on the terrace. When the grill is lit, you can gather for an informal meal and stay outside for as long as the weather allows. The ocean is about 75 meters away, so you can easily go from the garden to the beach, take a swim, walk along the coast or simply take a break by the water and look across the bay. Here, it is easy to let the weather and your mood set the pace of the day.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
When you stay at Dyngby Hage, you have a great starting point for exploring both the coast and the East Jutland co­un­trysi­de. The house is one of the last ones at Dyngby Hage, making the area very peaceful and quiet, with only a short distance to the beach. You can follow the beach towards Hou on a longer walk and stop at the harbour, where you will find a café, kiosk and grocery shop. If you feel like an island adventure, the ferries sail daily from Hou to both Tunø and Samsø, allowing you to ex­pe­ri­en­ce life on the water and new sur­ro­un­dings. Odder is also within easy reach and offers shopping, cafés and local ex­pe­ri­en­ces. If you would like even more city life and culture, head to Aarhus, where museums, shops, re­stau­rants and at­tra­ctions such as Tivoli Friheden, Den Gamle By and ARoS offer plenty to fill an entire day. After your excursion, you can return to Dyngby and once again enjoy the ocean view and the peaceful location close to the beach.
