Welcome inside
Inside you will find a cozy 80 m² holiday home with space for six guests. The spacious sunroom functions as a natural living room where you can enjoy meals, read or gather the family around the table. From here you have a beautiful view of the ocean, so nature becomes part of the ex­pe­ri­en­ce, even when you are sitting inside. The living room has com­fortab­le seating, large windows and a wood-burning stove, which creates a cozy setting when the evenings get cool. The kitchen is fun­ctio­nal­ly furnished with eve­ryt­hing you need for holiday meals, while the two bedrooms provide peace and quiet when the day is over. As a bonus, there is a sofa bed in the living room if you need extra sleeping space. The bathroom is bright and simple with a shower and un­der­floor heating, so you can start the day com­fortably. From the living room there are only a few steps out onto the terrace, where the ocean view awaits.

Enjoy life outside
Outside, the view becomes almost im­pos­sib­le to miss. From the new wooden terrace you can enjoy your morning coffee and take a look on the ocean as the day slowly begins. The large lawn provides plenty of space to play or just find a blanket and relax. You can also let the terrace be the starting point for the day's meals and move lunch or dinner outside when the weather permits. The location directly at Dyngby beach also means that a trip to the water only requires a few minutes' walk. Take a quick dip, go find rocks and shells in the sand, or follow the beach in both di­rections and ex­pe­ri­en­ce the changing landscape. When you return to the house, you can continue the day on the terrace with the view as a backdrop. Here you don't have to invent acti­vi­ties all the time - the ocean, the beach and the open garden provide plenty to see and ex­pe­ri­en­ce.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
When you live right by Dyngby Strand, it's obvious to let the coast be the starting point for your local ex­pe­ri­en­ces. You can walk along the beach towards Hou and ex­pe­ri­en­ce the changing nature on the way, or take the car to the cozy harbor town, where you will find a café, kiosk and grocery store. From Hou Harbor, you can also take the ferry to Tunø or Samsø and have a little island ex­pe­ri­en­ce as part of your vacation. If you want to ex­pe­ri­en­ce local produce, Fru Møllers Mølleri is located in the area and is an obvious place to visit when you want to bring something delicious back to the house. Odder is also close by if you need groceries or a little shopping, while Aarhus offers you the op­portu­ni­ty for a day of culture, museums and city life. For example, you can visit ARoS or Den Gamle By before returning to the coast. This way, you can combine a beach vacation with excur­sions that gives you new ex­pe­ri­en­ces in the area to take home with you.
