The holiday home includes a spacious, de­light­ful living room—ideal for unwinding and spending quality time together. Here, you can enjoy a game of Yahtzee or lose yourself in a good book. There is a fantastic, large, and inviting open-plan kitchen equipped with all modern con­ve­ni­en­ces; the kitchen ap­pli­an­ces were replaced in 2026. Adjoining the kitchen is a lovely dining area, offering views toward the sea. The house features three large bedrooms with double beds and ample closet space, as well as two beautiful bathrooms with showers—one of which includes access to the home’s spa bath. Two separate annexes provide sleeping space for four people, with one annex also con­tai­ning a sofa bed that ac­com­moda­tes an ad­di­tio­nal two guests. The entire property has a bright, appealing at­mosp­he­re, offering the perfect setting to simply enjoy life and relax with plenty of wellness options.

Location/Area

The holiday home boasts a large lawn and several terraces, offering a mix of sun and shade throug­hout the day and evening. It is located on the seaside, close to a beach suitable for both swimming and fishing. It serves as an ideal starting point for walks or bike rides for example, why not try. A trip to the former limestone quarry, where you can build stone towers on the nearby beach or take a re­fres­hing dip. In Nykøbing Sj., you can enjoy lunch at one of the town’s excellent re­stau­rants or visit one of the many local artists in the harbor area. Children will love a trip to Rørvig Harbor—where they can, for instance, take part in the famous crab fishing—or a visit to Som­mer­land Sjælland, which features a large water park.
