Wonderful holiday home in a front-row location – stunning panoramic views of the North Sea

If you want to spend your holiday on the west coast, you can hardly get any closer to the water than here at Majvej 8 in Nørlev Strand. This spacious wooden holiday home is located in the front row facing the North Sea, and both the living area and the terrace offer beautiful views of the blue waves and the scenic coastline.

Welcome inside
The 112 m² holiday home has a cosy at­mosp­he­re and a well-designed layout for up to seven people. The house has a few years behind it and therefore shows signs of normal wear and tear in places, but it is also a cosy home full of charm and with a truly special location. If you dream of taking things easy and enjoying holiday life by the water, this house is the perfect choice, as you have unin­ter­rup­ted views of the North Sea while relaxing in the living room, which is divided into several areas. In 2024, new windows and doors were installed throug­hout the house, allowing the beautiful sur­ro­un­dings to be enjoyed to the fullest and providing easy access to the terrace from the living room. If you prefer to stay indoors, you can choose between two com­fortab­le seating areas, one with a wood-burning stove and the other with a flat-screen TV. A cosy dining area is located close to the open-plan kitchen, and the layout also includes a guest toilet and a bathroom with a spa bath and sauna. There are three bedrooms, and there is also the option of sleeping in the loft.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
From the dune plot, it only takes a very short walk to reach the beach, so you can easily spend your holiday days swimming, paddling and playing by the water's edge. If you are visiting at a time of year when you are less tempted to jump into the waves, you can instead enjoy long walks, admire the specta­cu­lar sunsets over the sea and take in the peaceful sur­ro­un­dings of Nørlev Strand. Just a short walk from the holiday home, you will find HAVS, where you can enjoy ice cream and café food with your family and soak up the sun in the outdoor lounge area. You and your loved ones can also walk to Skallerup Seaside Resort, which offers a water park, wellness fa­ci­li­ties, bowling and much more. And if you would like to visit Lønstrup, you can get there in just ten minutes by car.
