Close to the tip of Helgenæs is this cozy architect-designed holiday home on two levels. The house is for 6 persons and one dog. The house is tastefully and excitingly decorated. The holiday home includes a nice kitchen area and a cozy living room, from which you have a panoramic view of the idyllic nature and the sea. In the wall that separates the kitchen and living room, there is a wood stove with an opening on both sides, so you can cozy up and feel warm wherever you sit. From the living room you have access to the large terrace. Upstairs you will find a nice bathroom with shower. Upstairs you will also find the beds of the house, which is divided into 2 rooms with double beds. In addition, you will find the last double bed in the house's cozy annex.There is internet in the house.
Enjoy life outside
The cottage is located on large and secluded plot with a stunning view. From the living room there is access to a large and partially covered terrace with "sea view", nice and screened sun corner and good garden furniture throughout. Here you can, for example, lie with a good book. Outside you will also find a small outdoor kitchen where you can clean your freshly caught fish, which when can be cooked on the house's gasgrill. The garden is nice and big and fenced, so you can let your dog run around freely. A part of the garden is leveled, so there is also the opportunity for play and ball games. The house also has a wilderness bath, which can be used freely.
Get up close to the local attractions
Sletterhage Strand is a holiday area in scenic and quiet surroundings. Sletterhage Strand is perfect for anglers. Close to the beach is also Sletterhage Lighthouse, which is open during the summer. The cottage is located approx. a half hour drive to Ebeltoft town and its many activities and attractions. We recommend a visit to the Fregatten Jylland, Det Gamle Rådhus or go for a walk through Ebeltoft's cozy cobbled streets. The house is close to the Mols Bjerge National Park with its many opportunities for hiking and biking. Barely an hour's drive from the House is the Norths largest amusement park, Djurs Sommerland, which offers fun roller coasters and many hours of fun. In addition, you can also visit Kattegat Center, where you get very close to the big sharks.

Lovely holiday home with sea views near Sletterhage on Helgenæs
Welcome inside
Close to the tip of Helgenæs, you will find this charming architect-designed holiday home spread over two floors. The house accommodates 6 guests and 1 dog and is tastefully and thoughtfully furnished.
The holiday home features a lovely kitchen area and a cosy living room, where large windows provide panoramic views of the idyllic surrounding nature and the sea. A wood-burning stove has been built into the wall separating the kitchen and living room, with openings on both sides, allowing you to enjoy its warmth and cosy atmosphere wherever you are sitting.
From the living room, you have direct access to the large terrace. Upstairs, you will find a lovely bathroom with a walk-in shower. The sleeping arrangements are also located upstairs and consist of two bedrooms, each with a double bed. The final double bed is located in the cosy annex.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.

The holiday home is situated on a large, secluded plot with fantastic views. From the living room, you can step directly onto a large, partially covered terrace with lovely sea views, a sheltered sunny corner and plenty of comfortable garden furniture.
This is the perfect place to relax with a good book and simply enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Outside, you will also find a small outdoor kitchen where you can clean your freshly caught fish before preparing it on the house's gas barbecue.
The garden is wonderfully spacious and fully fenced, allowing your dog to roam freely. Part of the garden is level, making it ideal for games and ball games.
The house also has a wood-fired hot tub, which you are welcome to use during your stay.
Discover your surroundings
Sletterhage Strand is a peaceful holiday-home area surrounded by beautiful nature. The area is a true paradise for anglers, and close to the beach you will find Sletterhage Lighthouse, which is open during the summer season.
The holiday home is approximately a 30-minute drive from Ebeltoft, where you can enjoy a wealth of activities and attractions. We recommend visiting the historic frigate Jylland, the Old Town Hall or simply taking a stroll through Ebeltoft's charming cobbled streets.
The holiday home is also close to Mols Bjerge National Park, offering plenty of opportunities for wonderful hiking and cycling trips through the unique landscape.
Just under an hour's drive away, you will find Djurs Sommerland, the largest amusement park in the Nordic countries, with exciting rides and plenty of fun for the whole family. You can also visit Kattegatcentret, where you can get up close to impressive sharks and other fascinating marine life.

Be sure to visit the local Brugs supermarket and experience the local atmosphere – it is worth a visit in itself. At the back of the shop, you will find Helgenæs Ishus, serving locally made ice cream.

There are several bathing jetties in the area, for example near Helgenæs Brugs or at Esby Strand. If you are looking for a proper sandy beach, you can drive to Begtrup Strand.
If you would like to go fishing a little further afield, Jernhatten and Glatved Strand are both good spots.
If you enjoy collecting fossils, Kalby and Sangstrup Klint are well worth a visit.
