Two dogs are also welcome, so the four-legged members of the family can come along on holiday. And if you arrive in an electric car, you can charge it at the house using the 11 kW charging point.

The pool and spa area is a natural gathering place for the whole family. Enjoy life outside
The elevated position of the holiday home gives you wonderful op­portu­ni­ties to enjoy the sur­ro­un­dings and the beautiful sunsets over the West Jutland landscape. On mild days, holiday life can move outdoors, and when the children need to burn off some energy, there are play­gro­unds just 150 metres from the house. Here, you will find a climbing frame, swings and a sandpit, as well as sports courts where you can play football, ba­sket­ball and vol­ley­ball.

Outdoor life does not have to stop just because the tem­pe­ra­tu­re drops. The outdoor hot tub has room for five people and can be enjoyed all year round. On a clear winter evening, you can sink into the warm water, feel the cool air on your face and gaze up at the starry sky. It is a very special way to end the day – and af­terwards, you can continue the cosiness indoors with a session in the sauna or in front of the crackling wood-burning stove. In other words, eve­ryt­hing is set for cosy holiday days throug­hout the year.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
With Ringkøbing Fjord just 300 metres away, nature is close at hand, and the area offers excellent op­portu­ni­ties for walking, cycling and fishing. The open landsca­pes and the fjord are beautiful throug­hout the year, and in winter it is perfect to wrap up warmly, head out for a walk in the fresh air and then return to the warmth of the holiday home.

There are also plenty of op­portu­ni­ties for family outings. WOW PARK Skjern is ap­proxi­ma­te­ly a 17-minute drive from the holiday home, and in Stauning you can visit Danmarks Flymuseum at Stauning Airport. A trip to Ringkøbing is also well worth con­si­de­ring. This old market town offers charming cobbled streets, a cosy town at­mosp­he­re and its cha­ra­cte­ri­stic red roofs. You can also head towards Søndervig, where golfers can try their hand at a 27-hole golf course, or explore other at­tra­ctions in West Jutland.

If you would like to make a full day of your family outing, both LEGOLAND and GIVSKUD ZOO are around an hour's drive away. This gives you a great base for a holiday where peaceful days by Ringkøbing Fjord can easily be combined with ex­pe­ri­en­ces for both children and adults.
