Ved Volden 8 is a wonderful location if you would like to spend your holiday in peaceful sur­ro­un­dings while still staying within easy walking distance of the centre of Blåvand and just a couple of ki­lo­metres from the North Sea. Inside the holiday home, you can enjoy both a spa bath and sauna, while outdoors there is plenty of space to relax on the terrace and play garden games with your family on the green natural plot.

Welcome inside
Behind the black-painted wooden façade, the inviting interior is ready to welcome you to a holiday filled with comfort and re­laxa­tion. In classic Danish holiday-home style, the rooms feature light wooden panelling and vaulted ceilings, while the wood-burning stove in the living room adds both warmth and at­mosp­he­re. It is the perfect setting for a relaxing afternoon on the sofa with board games, cros­swords or a good film. Espe­ci­al­ly on cooler days, it is wonderful to unwind in the spa bath and sauna, both of which are located in the larger of the home's two bathrooms. The sauna also features an ad­di­tio­nal steam function, allowing it to be used as a tylarium with a lower tem­pe­ra­tu­re and higher humidity. This gives you and your family several ways to enjoy a little wellness and return from your holiday feeling refreshed and re-energised.

Enjoy life outside
The natural plot is spacious and at­tra­cti­ve, with lush ve­ge­ta­tion including fragrant rosehip bushes and tall pine trees. There is also a generous lawn where children can play freely – or where adults can join in with games such as kubb, target games or frisbee. The swing set and small sandpit are mainly intended for younger children, while guests of all ages can enjoy the large paved terrace with several pleasant seating areas. Here, you can gather for breakfast ac­com­pa­nied by birdsong from the treetops, enjoy lunch in the sunshine or round off the day with a freshly grilled evening meal.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Ved Volden is a quiet gravel road leading directly to Blåvandvej, which you can follow for the short distance into the town centre. The nearest su­per­mar­ket is only around 450 metres away, and it takes little more than ten minutes to walk to the bakery if you would like to treat the family to freshly baked rolls for breakfast. From the holiday home, you can also easily reach at­tra­ctions such as Blåvand Zoo and Tirpitz. With the beach just a couple of ki­lo­metres away, you can even walk there if you fancy some fresh air before taking a dip in the waves of the North Sea or relaxing on a blanket in the sand.
