Tårup Strand is a summer land area on the eastern coast of Funen, surrounded by a hillscape and overlooking the clear water of the Great Belt. You will see that the beach in the area changes character the further up the coast you go. The first part of the beach consists of a stone bed and it has a bathing jetty while 1 km further up the coast, you are met by a fine sandy beach offering the opportunity to play in the water and sunbathe. Tåsinge is located in the South Funen Archipelago and is connected to Funen via Svendborgsundbroen (Svendborg Sound Bridge). On Tåsinge, you can enjoy the beautiful nature of Southern Funen, seaviews and luxuriant woodlands where the trails guide you on your explorations of the wildlife and flora of the area. On the southern part of Tåsinge, you have the summer land area of Stenodden.
